01. kam

the morning sun shone on her, making her hot and flustered. necessity really is the mother of invention and kam was thankful for the invention of the electronic fan. the cooling effect of the air-conditioner unit was too much for her frail frame. she began her work day checking through the flood of emails in her email box. her work desk was in an organized mess and she had no intention of making any changes to it as yet.

as she finished reading all her emails and attempted to start her current project, a maelstrom of thoughts attacked her simultaneously. a thirty-one year old who gave up a well-paying job as a forensic pathologist to pursue her first love as a paper sculpturist. a decision which caused an uproar amongst people who knew her and sometimes made her wondered whether that was really a rash decision. there was a reduction in monthly income, and work seemed to turn into a 24/7 operation. she also had to move from a spacious loft to a much smaller living abode. however, kam loved the new place and its tranquility. occasionally, her friend kim would drop by and they would spend the afternoons chatting and working on the different type of paper sculptures. and this afternoon, they will be meeting each other again.

Um. I haven't read your posts, because the lack of capitals is a major turn off. Please, add them in.
